Awareness Through Social Media:

This page is run by Psychologists and their website is also provided.
This person also has some background in Psychology but isn’t practicing it yet.
This person is totally creative and spreads positivity through his art. He has no background in Psychology. He has read books and listened to podcasts and then draw whatever he has learned as shares on his socials.

My Contribution:

  • Talk to some Psychology students and lay down my plan in front of them and get their review.
  • Set up a Social media account dedicated solely for this purpose and gather people to create awareness and provide them the opportunity to speak out their problems.
  • I can be a part of the organization which is an already established support group and learn from them by working alongside them.
  • With the help of some people, set up a support group. In the beginning, it will mainly consist of people who are around me and with their help I can spread my word and expand my community. I am more drawn towards this idea because here I can talk to people in person. Get to see how much they are affected in a negative manner and if they are getting healed by being in the support group. I will be able to provide them with a friendly and comfortable background where they can pour their hearts out. Whatever happens in the support group, will stay in the support group.
